REEM-H1 Robot is (in my opinion) a sumurai looking robot from PAL ROBOTICS (a Spanish robotics company based in Barcelona, dedicated to developing humanoid robots) is a prototype with technological development allowing complete autonomy in a humanoid robot with the ability to interact with visitors offering a broad range of information and even help them carry their bags for free.

REEM-H1 measures 1.65 m, weighing 90 kilos and moves at five kilometers per hour. A touch screen is located on the chest of the robot, for the case of a shopping centre, the user can see all the information for the shopping mcentre and choose where they want to go. Immediately REEM-H1 will guide them and, if necessary, will carry the shopping bags to the exit. The robot sports an internal computer with a 2.1Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and has eight hour battery life. It is completely autonomous: it recognizes its environment and is capable of moving on its own discretion without orders. It is a humanoid robot is designed to work on points of information of all kinds from a mall or a museum where it can act as a guide in a hospital to medications or a waiter in a restaurant. You can also serve as entertainment for children, for telepresence, and surveillance. The robot is a prototype to develope autonomous robots that can perform activities in daily live.
